Dyrehavsbakken, commonly referred to as Bakken park is located on the edge of the fascinating and ancient forest hence given the name meaning “The Deer Park Hill”. It is the world’s oldest and secondly most visited operating amusement park in Denmark, which handle approx 2.5-2.7 million visitors annually. It is a thriving amusement park filled with modern rides and luxuries including 32 family and kiddies ride. The statue was created by the sculptor Edward Eriksen and was presented to the city by the famous brewer of Carlsberg beer, Carl Jacobsen. 1. Kronborg Castle, Helsingor, Denmark

Kronborg is a cultural and the most important Renaissance in Northern Europe and has been added to UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites list in the year of 2000. It was built to validate Denmark’s power and prosperity. Elegant banquets were typical events of castle life and the castle’s grandiose architecture was an excellent scrim for king and his court. Castle was Shakespeare’s inspiration for “Elsinore” in his famous play Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. Kronborg Castle can be visited at the Northern most tip of the Danish island of Zealand. An evening event at Kronborg is a phenomenal experience.
